Pre heat oven to 350
2-3 Large Sweet Potatoes will make 6 snack size portions
Clean and Peel your sweet potatoes
Cut in half lengthwise and place flat side down on board. Proceed to cut to size according to your tastes. I prefer skinnier fries.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle lightly with Sea Salt and bake for 20 minutes. Flip fries on baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with Sea Salt. Continue to cook for 30 minutes
While baking, mix 2 T of cinnamon in 1 cup of Granulated Sugar
Once fries are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, remove from oven. Place in heat proof bowl and toss with cinnamon sugar mixture. Fabulous Fall snack and a healthier alternative to the traditional fried french fries.
