Our favorite beverage, was actually a close call between a delicious 40 year old Red wine and Tito's Vodka
Chef Alex Seidel had some Delicious Smoked Sturgeon Rillette's. The wood grilled Venison Tenderloin from Kirk jWeems of Allie's Cabin, had me actually liking Venison! I have never really been a huge fan of Venison. This was so delicious, I would never have guessed it was Venison. Mirabelle restaurant had some tasty Gluten Free Colorado 7X Ranch Brisket Pizza and Delicious Potato Canelloni. With so many delicious dishes such as squid stuffed with chorizo, Red wine braised Veal Shoulder (Delish), Brussel Sprouts and Lamb Salad (amazing flavor profile), Taco's de Carnitas from Coyote Cafe.and Spago's Butternut Squash Soup, to choose from, how could you not smile!
Delicious and Rich Food and Wine. I would definitely recommend this weekend for anyone wanting to enjoy some of the best Food and Wine in the US. Stay tuned for more pictures of the Apres Ski Burger and Beer Fun!
