1 C Soy milk, Unsweetened
1 T + 2 t Canola oil
1 ½ teaspoons Honey or Agave for vegan
1 t Apple cider vinegar
Use your food processor or blender. Add Honey, Soy Milk and Apple Cider Vinegar. Process on Medium for one minute adding oil as you process. May be stored in a covered container in refrigerator.
Basic and flexible recipe that can be flavored if desired by replacing milk with various ingredients, such as vanilla, or lemon.
