This is one of my favorite recipes. I enjoy cooking down 1/2 of my fresh blackberries and incorporating the reduction into the dressing. I sometimes substitute Risotto for a delicious creamy texture and Pepitas instead of pumpkin seeds. Flavor packed and delicious. I know you will love it!
