Congratulations to Pamela Wiznitzer as the 2014 ‘Star of the Bar!
Pamela had a Great Story describing her cocktail, La Bonita. She told the story of when she first fell in love with Tequila. She uses a creative combination of Casamigos Tequila with Rose Liqueur, lemon juice, fresh pressed apple juice, strawberry preserves, burlesque bitters and absinthe, which impressed the judges and earning her the title, Star of the Bar. Cheers Pamela! The Restaurant Rocks party, held at the Castle Chicago, hosted by Andrew Zimmern, host of the Travel Channel's Bizarre Foods.
